Status: Upcoming

overview

This milestone is where the studio measures how parking in Malaga Cove Plaza actually works. we collect our own data on how the Plaza’s parking supply is used throughout the week, which becomes the foundation for our recommendations.

Goals
  • Measure how existing parking spaces are used across different days and times
  • Evaluate adequacy of supply, turnover, occupancy, and circulation
  • Map the parking system and land use in and around the Plaza
