Parking data tells us how spaces are used, but not how parking challenges actually affect the people who work in Malaga Cove Plaza. This milestone brings in that perspective directly, through conversations with the shop owners and employees who deal with parking every day.

What to Expect

Studio members will visit shops throughout Malaga Cove Plaza and conduct unstructured interviews with owners and employees, asking about their concerns, challenges, and expectations regarding parking. These conversations will run alongside the data collection milestone to build a fuller picture of the Plaza’s parking situation.
