The ENV Community Development Lab is a year-long studio at Cal Poly Pomona where student planners work as consulting teams for real clients: the City of Palos Verdes Estates and the City of La Verne.

Palos Verdes Estates
Malaga Cove Plaza Parking Study. Analyzing parking supply and demand and developing recommendations that support local businesses while preserving the Plaza’s historic character.
La Verne
Old Town Streetscape and Public Realm Design Study. Developing design concepts that strengthen Old Town’s identity, improve the pedestrian experience, and connect downtown to the A Line station and the University of La Verne.
